Christopher
Author: My Own SantaAbout Christopher Pop-In-Kins
Christopher Pop-In-Kins has been creating Christmas memories for over three generations. He loves children and longs to visit real boys and girls. Santa grants his wish and appoints Christopher "Santa’s Very First Children’s Elf". Popping in for a visit from late November through Christmas Eve, Christopher fills your home with fun and laughter. This one-of-a-kind Christmas tradition includes a special game of holiday hide and seek. Where will Christopher pop up next? "Up on the mantle? Atop the bookshelf? High on the draperies? Now where is that elf?"
Christopher knows that just before Thanksgiving the kids will hear his story. Because after your child learns how Christopher-Pop-In-Kins convinced Santa to let him leave the North Pole each year, Christopher gets to pop in for a visit!
Who Knew That Hide-and-Seek Would be the Next Christmas Family Tradition?
- The day after Thanksgiving, you and your child snuggle up some place cozy…perhaps your favorite chair with her "go every place" blanket tucked around you both.
- Read the heart warming story of how Christopher Pop-In-Kins came to visit the children before Christmas day every year. The brilliant illustrations on each page add as much color and magic to the story as the wee elf himself!
- Enjoy the thrill of hiding Christopher Pop-In-Kins some place in your home for your child to find!
This little Christmas elf loves to play hide-and-seek almost as much as he loves little children, so watch out! Every time your child closes his eyes and goAes to sleep, Christopher Pop-In-Kins finds a new hiding place. And he loves nothing more than to watch your child race around looking for him. Of course, they’ll both giggle with delight when he’s found.
Christopher is very careful to choose high up places to hide like a bookshelf, curtain rod or Christmas tree…just out of your child’s reach. If the children were to accidentally touch the elf, he would lose his magic. Then Christopher Pop-In-Kins would have to say goodbye and return to the North Pole to get it back. This would make him very sad indeed. Sent by Santa to check on good little girls and boys, he’d roam the house at night, popping up in the most unlikely places come morning. Christopher has the power to remind us all of what makes Christmas special: love, togetherness and the memories that stay with us forever.
